Due to a variety of issues, some of which are personal and private, I’m stepping away from Lost Destinations. I have already removed myself as moderator for the Lost Destinations Yahoo group, though I hope to remain on the mailing list to read what’s going on and stay somewhat in touch with some of the folks.
I would like very much to thank Shady and Markus for giving me a start and showing interest in my photos. I have tremendous respect and admiration for what they have accomplished on and off the website. Before any rumors silly or otherwise start up, the reasons for this involve a misunderstanding on my part and a desire to move my hobby in a different direction.
My hopes are to continue exploring and photographic expeditions, though these are going to be independent. This summer, I hope to setup and run my own website focusing on abandoned and haunted sites in California, Arizona and Nevada; as well as SCA and my children’s activities. Stay tuned for more.
