Orbits of a deluded mind

Ok to some of you, the comment may sound incredulous. It raining here. In fact, it's rained all night and throughout the day. Not sprinkles, but steady rain with ocassional thunderstorms mixed in for good effect. Why is this strange or even note worthy you might ask? Despite being only 75 miles from the Pacific Ocean, I live in the Mojave Desert. We only get rain in the summer very rarely and never in this quantity or this steady rate. Maybe in November or December we'd have this, but not now.
