Orbits of a deluded mind

I went to our Barony's (SCA) local business meeting last night. The Baron and Baroness of Dun Or have officially noted their plans to step down at Anniversary in October. I must admit, having known about this for over a week, it's almost anti-climactic. After so much hurt and ill feelings over the last few years, perhaps we'll be able to move on a start anew here. The weird part will be stepping down and stepping up will likely occur at two different events. No Royals at Anniversary will make things a bit odd for the B&B stepping down but things have been strange for a while.
